Rise Inside.
Welcome to Tulua Therapy.
The Lotus is a truly unique flower. Every night with the sunset, the Lotus submerges itself in the surrounding water and waits for the morning light so that it can remerge, cleansed, and reborn.
This symbolism has been used for centuries as a metaphor to understand the profound depth of human psychology and thinking.
The beautiful colours and shape make the Lotus a very special flower, especially as it sets its roots in the thick, dark mud around. The thicker the mud, the bigger and brighter the flower.

Just like the lotus, our strongest traits are formed by our darkest times. Our character is formed the by digging deep in the mud around us, and we form strong and lasting roots from which to flourish.
It is important to harness the strength and resilience of the lotus in our own lives by allowing ourselves to grow with each new sunrise - "Grow through what you go through."

A Bit About Therapy
Therapy has is an important part of understanding ourselves and the thoughts we have. Everything that happens in our lives is processed and rationalised in our minds, so it's important that we take time the time to process and understand our thoughts, in order to gain a better awareness of how they affect our behaviors.

The stigmas that surround therapy have often caused barriers to people reaching out for additional support, but as we move further towards a culture of learning and embracing our influences, therapy is a vital tool for everyone, to unpack their past experiences and be able to apply those lessons to their future, elevated self.

- Carl Rogers
A good life is a process; it is a state of being.
It is a direction, not a destination.

TESTIMONIALS
You’ve taught me so many things. I don’t have the space here to recount it all. The most important thing you’ve helped me learn is that crying is not a sign of weakness or of failure, that vulnerability is instead a sign of strength and bravery. I just want to say a big THANK YOU for all your help.

I'm so glad I stuck with it, despite wanting to quit in the first few weeks. I now know that was my own fear of being 'seen' and of seeing myself. Our sessions have been so helpful in understanding so much, which I hope to build on in the future. A BIG THANK YOU, KOSIR.
